Here at A-Met Metrology, we specialise in providing a rapid sub-contract inspection service with the ability to create custom support packages to our clients including full program management and provide a bespoke service to each of our clients to ensure we cover all aspect of the measurement process required.
We operate an ISO 9001:2015 accredited Business Management System enforcing our emphasis of total quality control. Our inspection facility is temperature controlled which allows for a stable measurement environment and all parts are soaked for 24 hours prior to measurement, ensuring we achieve the most accurate result required for our clients applications.
All of our equipment is calibrated to UKAS or ISO Traceable standards, meaning we can supply you with a measurement service you and trust and rely upon.

We can offer on and offsite 3D CAD inspections and reverse engineering solutions with our 3D portable Metrology Arms. Full 3D Measurement reports available showing real time deviations.

CMM Product Verification
Our Large volume CMM can cater for one off and multiple part traceable inspections. We can produce ISIR reports and conduct gauge capability studies on fixtures and Jigs where required. We offer rapid containment services and can collect and return product anywhere in the UK often at short notice. 3D Measurement reports are also available with part to CAD comparisons.
Gauge/Fixture Verification
Keeping your process running efficiently is vital to ensure product meets specification and saves time and cost associated with poor performing processes. We offer regular on-site gauge and fixture Verification including setting / alignment of fixturing to nominal. All measurements are completed using equipment verified to UKAS standards.
